It will not save the change in the database unless you explicitly save the user

Parameters

groupId
Type: SystemInt32
Id of the group to manage

Return Value

Type: IReturnValue
Return failed value, if the user in the context doesn't have enough permission to do that action
Return failed value, if the user in the context doesn't have the permission to manage the specified group
Remarks
The user in the context must himself have an access to the group.
It will not save the change in the database unless you explicitly save the user
