The IReturnValue type exposes the following members.

	Exception	Get the exception that has been occured. Most of the time when Success is false.
	Success	Indicates if the method was successfully executed

Remarks

Most of the method in AskiaPortalCmn doesn't throw an exception, except if it's really require.
The exception information in such case is available via this return value object or it's equivalent.
