AskiaCore is a C++/CLI library, developed by Askia.

The development context of this project is the version 6 of Askia's softwares, which implies that the API and general way of thinking within AskiaCore is heavily oriented toward Askia V6, commonly referred to as Portal.

Askia's main engine is developed in MFC C++ within a library called AskCmn (which stands for Askia Common) and the main purpose of AskiaCore is to provide the features of AskCmn to technologies based on the .NET Framework.
