Returns the value of the specified permission as boolean.

key: Type: SystemString
Key of the permission to obtain.
moduleGuid (Optional): Type: SystemNullableGuid
GUID of the module that contains the permission.
It uses the current module CurrentModule if the value is null

Type: Boolean
The permission value associated with the item as boolean.

Remarks

If the permission is not defined, it always return `false` by default.
If the user is a super administrator, it always return `true` by default.
